The Golden Temple is a gurdwara located in the city of Amritsar, Punjab, India. It is the preeminent spiritual site of Sikhism. The gurdwara is built around a man-made pool that was completed by the fourth Sikh Guru, Guru Ram Das, in 1577.

Amazing temple. Excellent cleanliness. Great service from the management. Cameras are allowed inside. Dress code is mandatory for all people entering inside. Also foot wears are not allowed which can be kept in lockers before entering free of cost. Very crowded during almost all the days. A half day is enough for a satisfying visit.

One of the great places to visit in India and I highly recommend every travellers and every single person living in India to visit there at least once in a lifetime. Such a great place to stay and feel the awesomeness and beauty of India. And every single services is free there and u can have there free meal also. And u must wear a white or yellow coloured cloth on your head its very necessary and highly religious to them so make sure you dont hurt the sentiments of people around there. Nice place , Beautiful location. This is one of the top places to visit in India. This place will make you at peace. The sheer beauty of it will leave you in awe. One can easily just sit there are gaze the temple. I never felt like leaving the place ever. It is something everyone should experience once in their life and take the blessings.

Ideally there shouldnt have been ratings and review for this place of worship or any place of worship. However, I would like to offer my comments on the cleanliness, comfort of visit, handling and overall experience. Golden Temple stands out in all these parameters. Everything is very well organized. No one is pressuring you for anything. You can just go visit this place like a devotee and come out happy unlike many other places of pilgrimage where priests force you to pay. This is a place where you want to keep going back.

???????? ?? ? ???????? ?? The best place to visit in Amritsar. No words.. Not only because of the beauty of temple but also for gesture of pilgrims. It is simply magnificent! You will feel calmness and positive vibes once you are here. It is suggested to visit once in morning and again at night to truly appreciate its beauty. Make sure to cover your head before entering and you can also have free food in the community kitchen. One should definitely come here at least once in his life. We visited the temple both during day and night time to see it in daylight and in dark.
